- 2 puff
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g almond powder
- 100 g sugar
- 75 g butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon cornstarch
- Kirsch or brandy to the Mirabelle

In a bowl, combine melted butter, ground almonds, sugar, 3 egg yolks. Stir
thereafter cornstarch mixed with a little water, add alcohol chosen.
Unroll dough on the first grid with a parchment paper, file preparation, leaving much space to paste the 2 pasta.
Hide bean.
Place the second dough by moistening edges with water, when the cake is closed basting mixture of egg / milk on top of it. Decorate with a fork without piercing!
Bake at 160 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tasting ...
Variant with apple : Same but remove the sugar as there is in the sauce ... you can also enjoy the pure apple ( like a sock).
Variant chocolate : Same but remove the sugar and butter (I put about 30 g which can be replaced with fresh cream) since there are in chocolate. .. and no alcohol.
