Exercise And Ggt Test

SAUCE TO ACCOMPANY THE SMOKED SALMON STEAK

  • 1 shallot
  • Blinis or toasted bread
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Vinegar
  • full cream
Mince shallot or pass through a garlic press to go faster.
Put it in a small bowl with vinegar so that it macerate for some time. Although the drain
then add the cream.
Spread the sauce on the bread or blinis and add the smoked salmon on it.
