- 600 grams of tenderloin
- 1 small can of peeled tomatoes with their juice
- 1 can pineapple in syrup
- Sauce Soybean

- 2 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- salt, pepper
Peel the garlic, onion, cut into pieces and fry in a little oil. Enter the filet mignon. Once golden, remove it. Add
