- 1 cucumber
- 400 g of yoghurt from sheep
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 pinches dried mint
- 2 teaspoon tablespoon olive oil
degerminating Peel and then chop the garlic. Reduce mint powder by rubbing between your hands.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt , cucumber, chopped garlic and mint.
Book in the fridge at least an hour. Mix and serve chilled.
