- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 grapefruit
- 4 apples
- butter salt, pepper
Peel the pomelo raw and thinly sliced apples.
In a skillet, brown the quarters grapefruits and apples in a little butter.
Cut slices from the tenderloin and cook for several minutes in a frying pan being careful cooking, the meat should be pink. Salt and pepper.
Serve in a plate with fruit along with potatoes for example!
