Videmexicanas Follando

TZATZIKI

  • 1 cucumber
  • 400 g of yoghurt from sheep
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pinches dried mint
  • 2 teaspoon tablespoon olive oil
Rinse and rub the cucumber. Cut it in half without peeling in length. Remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut it into small dice . Salt and let drain in colander 30 minutes.
degerminating Peel and then chop the garlic. Reduce mint powder by rubbing between your hands.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt , cucumber, chopped garlic and mint.
Book in the fridge at least an hour. Mix and serve chilled.
