ENDIVES HAM SOUP TOMATO PAN-

  • 10 endive
  • 10 slices of ham
  • 30 cl fresh cream
  • grated gruyere
  • salt, pepper
  • bouillon cube

Peel endives by removing the medium at the root, put them in a pan with of melted margarine. Cook for about 40 minutes over medium heat, adding boiling water and bouillon cube. When cooked
wrap them in a slice of ham, put one against another in a baking dish, sprinkle with fresh cream or if you prefer white sauce.
salt, pepper and grated Gruyere .
Bake and broil for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
