125g butter 3 eggs
10cl of semi-skimmed milk
5g of green tea powder 1 teaspoon baking
Preheat oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).
Butter the muffin tins.
Melt butter.
Combine flour, baking powder, green tea and sugar.
Add eggs 1 to 1, then add the melted butter milk and mix (Do not overmix the dough, it should remain lumpy: the muffin will be more air).
Then divide the mixture into molds, then bake for about 20 minutes.
Turn the muffins while still warm and sprinkle with a pinch of green tea before serving.
