CARAMBAR (ideal for birthday parties!)
For 6-8 persons Cooking time: 40 minutes 25
carambars
10cl 150g butter 150g milk
sugar 3 eggs
160g flour 1 teaspoon baking
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas 6). 20 Walnut
carambars in a saucepan containing the milk and butter and cook until soft.
As it melts, beat eggs with sugar.
When the mixture is frothy, add flour and baking powder. When
caramel sauce has cooled slightly, stir into mixture.
Pour into a loaf pan or small molds buttered. Place remaining
carambars by cutting them into small pieces (on the cake or a piece in each small mold)
Bake 40 minutes watching (It's done when the cake is the appearance of a gingerbread! ).
