STEAK WITH EXOTIC ITALIAN GNOCCHI

  • 600 grams of tenderloin
  • 1 small can of peeled tomatoes with their juice
  • 1 can pineapple in syrup
  • Sauce Soybean
  • cinnamon
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, pepper

Prepare puff pastry
1 / 4 of a liter of water
75 grams butter 150 grams flour


4 eggs salt, pepper

Melt butter in water.
add the flour all at once to get a smooth paste
add eggs one at a time until dough is very light.

Then add a little grated cheese (Emmental or other)
Boil water in another pot

TZATZIKI

  • 1 cucumber
  • 400 g of yoghurt from sheep
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pinches dried mint
  • 2 teaspoon tablespoon olive oil
Rinse and rub the cucumber. Cut it in half without peeling in length. Remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut it into small dice . Salt and let drain in colander 30 minutes.
degerminating Peel and then chop the garlic. Reduce mint powder by rubbing between your hands.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt , cucumber, chopped garlic and mint.
Book in the fridge at least an hour. Mix and serve chilled.

SAUCE TO ACCOMPANY THE SMOKED SALMON STEAK

  • 1 shallot
  • Blinis or toasted bread
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Vinegar
  • full cream
Mince shallot or pass through a garlic press to go faster.
Put it in a small bowl with vinegar so that it macerate for some time. Although the drain

Why Does Sore Throat Hurt

Galette des Rois (almond cream, apple, chocolate) for my Mom ... TIRAMISU

  • 2 puff
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100 g almond powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 75 g butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon cornstarch
  • Kirsch or brandy to the Mirabelle
  • a tear milk
  • a bean

In a bowl, combine melted butter, ground almonds, sugar, 3 egg yolks. Stir
thereafter cornstarch mixed with a little water, add alcohol chosen.
Unroll dough on the first grid with a parchment paper, file preparation, leaving much space to paste the 2 pasta.
Hide bean.
Place the second dough by moistening edges with water, when the cake is closed basting mixture of egg / milk on top of it. Decorate with a fork without piercing!
Bake at 160 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Variant with apple : Same but remove the sugar as there is in the sauce ... you can also enjoy the pure apple ( like a sock).

Variant chocolate : Same but remove the sugar and butter (I put about 30 g which can be replaced with fresh cream) since there are in chocolate. .. and no alcohol.
